Dedication

In a world that can often feel digital and impersonal, I’d like to take a moment to share a bit about who I am and why I do what I do.

My name is Liz, and these photos are of me and my dear mother, Dorothy. She was the heart and soul behind all the good things in my life. Dorothy was the ultimate example of kindness and patience—qualities I can only hope to carry forward as her legacy. I’m far from perfect, but I’m deeply grateful to have inherited even a fraction of her light.

Throughout her life, my mother gave selflessly, always caring for others who needed her. Whether it was family, friends, or even strangers, she was a calm and reassuring presence. As her children grew into adults, she never hesitated to be there for any of us—no matter what we needed or when.

As I entered adulthood, I found myself primarily drawn to caregiving. I began my career as a nanny, working with many wonderful families. Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward caring for the elderly. I worked in both facilities and private in-home care, and with every experience, my love for this beautiful population grew deeper.

I’ll never forget when my mother—always observant and encouraging—remarked on the attention to detail and care I gave her as she began to age. One day, she simply asked, “Why don’t you have your own business doing this for others?”

That question planted a seed.

Years later, I’m proud to say that her vision for me has become a reality. Though I won’t be able to personally care for every client, I will carry my mother’s light in all that I do. Her memory will guide me as I build a team of compassionate and skilled caregivers who embody the kindness and patience she lived every day.

I dedicate my work, my agency and my mission to the memory of my beautiful, kind, patient, and adored mother, Dorothy.

May she look down with pride, knowing her life’s love and example continue to inspire the care we provide.
